Work, walking, fairs

Work's going well. I keep on meaning to update this and being too tired. Welcome to the world of work, I hear you say. But I'm enjoying it, so that's OK.

Other news of note? Last weekend I went with Ganesh and Alex to the Brecon Beacons to do some hill walking, which was very successful, dry, and tiring (note to self: get more exercise). Ironically it rained all day on Monday, instead of when we were up in the hills. That's not supposed to happen! St. Giles' fair was this week; to me is was mostly an inconvenience as it meant having to take a different route to work, it taking ages to walk to Cornmarket and lunchtime, and having noxious burger van fumes floating up to my office all day.
